✅ Return Policy

• 30-Day Return Window
  You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Non-Returnable Items
  For hygiene reasons, used earbuds cannot be returned unless they are defective.

• Defective or Damaged Items
  If your item arrived damaged or isn't working properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

🔁 Exchange Policy

• We offer free exchanges for defective items or if you received the wrong product.

• If you'd like to exchange for a different color or model, you may do so within 30 days, but return shipping may apply.

📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at service@enajiahe.shop with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

3. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
